SHAH ALAM, 28 Dec: The Pasir Salak PKR Branch Committee Members have been carrying out operations to distribute food to flood victims in Kampung Pulau Juar, Kampung Telok and Kampung Selat Pulau in Kampung Gajah yesterday.
Flood items were supplied by humanitarian NGOs, PANTAS and Sinar Ehsan from Selangor.
The goods were distributed from house to house to lighten the burden of obtaining food by flood victims. The goods were in the form of rice, canned milk, sardines, biscuits and cooking oil.
The Pasir Salak PKR will continue to deliver aid to flood victims as much as possible in the next few days as there are no indications that the flood will subside in the near future.
