200 attend Kota Alam Shah Assemblyman’s open house

SHAH ALAM, 22 Oct: Over 200 people around Shah Alam flooded the Deepavali open house organised by the Assemblyman for Kota Alam Shah, V Ganabatirao, at the State Government Exco Hall in Section 7 today.

The feast which began from 11am to 2pm was also enlivened with the presence of the Chief Minister, Mohamed Azmin Ali, and several state and Pakatan Rakyat (PR) leaders including the Exco for Health, Welfare, Women’s Affairs and Family, Dr Daroyah Alwi; the MP for Petaling Jaya Utara, Tony Pua and the MP for Seputeh, Teresa Kok.

People from all walks of life were seen flooding the hall as early as 11am and also took pictures with the leaders who attended the party by Ganabatirao, who is also the Selangor Exco for Poverty, Caring Government and Plantation Workers.

A variety of food was prepared including Indian traditional food like murukku, tosai, capati and curry.
