SHAH ALAM 11 MAY : The final result of PKR Election 2014 will be known the latest by May 19, after the re-election process in 17 divisions is completed.
The statement was relayed by the Chairman of PKR Election Commission, Datuk Johari Abdul when contacted by Selangor Kini.
“We shall wait for the polling at all divisions to end on the 18th of May.We still have around 17 or 18 (division elections).
“We shall handle a few divisions that had their polls postponed and nullified due to technical issues and irregularities,” he said.
On May 5, the Election Committee held a meeting to discuss issues regarding the 2014 Election, in particular the issue where 17 divisions encountered major problems during the polling period.
The outcome of the meeting was for the 17 divisions to hold a re-election for Division and Central Leadership Committee on May17 (Saturday), 2014.
