Cassia collects RM19.5 million in sales value

SHAH ALAM, 26 June: The latest prestigious project by the Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS), Cassia, managed to collect sales worth RM19.5 million in a week since its launch on June 14.

The PKNS Public Relations Manager, Ishak Hashim, said that the 54 unit exclusive semi-detached housing project is located at Antara Gapi, Rawang, with a lot area of 40×80 and a build-up area from 2,375 square feet (sq ft) to 2,637 sq ft sold from RM681,000 to RM795,000.

He said that the design of the house is modern contemporary that meets the current tastes, while a neat and practical plan is to ensure ventilation and good lighting in the house.

“The open and spacious layout that is incorporated in the design is to enhance comfort while providing convenience to the residents.

“Buyers still have confidence in real estate projects developed by PKNS. On of the factors that stimulate the sale of PKNS properties is the concept of build and sell that managed to steal the hearts of buyers,” he said in a statement.

Ishak said that they also understand the needs of buyers who want to immediately enter the homes, in addition to avoiding the risk of abandoned projects.

“So far, there are no abandoned PKNS projects and we still maintain a good record.

“We found the people are confident with this build and sell concept. It really helps in the sale of PKNS real estate,” he said.
