SHAH ALAM, 8 Sept: The Gombak Setia Women’s Empowerment Centre (PWB), together with the Hulu Kelang PWB, organised the Gender Leadership and Understanding Course to achieve social, economic and political development so that the people can move towards a better direction.
According to the Gombak Setia PWB Facebook page, the course started at 9 am to 12 pm at the Kampung Klang Gate Town Hall on September 6.
It is understood that previously the Selangor PWB Coordinating Officer, Noor Sham Abu Samah, said that the course was given an allocation of RM2,500 for each constituency to implement.
“It is aimed at achieving gender equality in shaping development that can be enjoyed by the people.
“The course also educates women in time management, negotiation, stress management, decision making, budgeting, motivation and self-image,” she said.
The Gombak Setia PWB programme was launched by the Gombak Setia Assemblyman, Hasbullah Mohd Ridzwan.
