SUBANG JAYA, 17 Aug: The Selangor State Assembly (DNS), that starts today, will nor touch on the matter of a supplementary budget but will instead be focused on the current development of the Selangor state water industry restructuring.
The DNS Speaker, Hannah Yeoh, said that the Exco is expected to present the development as the Chief Minister of Selangor promised to not submit a supplementary budget, as announced last year.
“There are only three Bills and Statements by the Select Committee this time.
“Our Select Committee is very active and we have 15 statements by respective committees,” she told Selangor Kini.
She also expects the session this time to not last long and hopes that all motions and Bills will be settled as soon as possible.
The DNS session, which lasts for two weeks, is expected to end on August 28.
