SHAH ALAM, 14 May: The Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Emotional and Social (SPIES) programme which has existed since 2008 has been re-branded as the INSAN programme so that it has a characteristic that is more concerned about the people.
The Exco for Education, Human Capital Development, Science, Innovation and Technology, Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad, said that it aims to create a module that is balanced at all phases of the life cycle.
“Every level of society needs a comprehensive paradigm shift in order to recognise their potential, and by realising their potential it can help the environment,” he said during the Training of Trainers programme yesterday.
He said that 27 consultants were selected to mobilise the INSAN programme and that INSAN needs improvement in the element of spirit to serve and contribute to improve its overall effectiveness.
