Local problems, Shah Alam residents can see MBSA management on May 29

SHAH ALAM, 26 May: The Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) will conduct the Client Meeting Day (HBP) programme in an effort to reach out to the community on May 29.

The Deputy Director of the Corporate and Community Development Department, Shahrin Ahmad, said that the programme is aimed at giving the public the opportunity to meet face to face with the top management of MBSA.

“This programme is an opportunity for the citizens of Shah Alam to discuss problems and channel complaints in the MBSA administrative area.

“People can also obtain checking services and assessment tax payments, compound payments and review complaints of renovating premises,” he said in a press statement.

Shahrin said that the programme will be held at the banquet Hall, Wisma MBSA, and will begin at 9.30 to 11.30 in the morning.

“This programme also provides an opportunity for MBSA to enhance the delivery system for the local community.

“Among those who will be participating is the Licencing and Enforcement Department, the Engineering Department, the Building Department, the Department of Revenue Management and Investment, the Planning Department and the Department of Solid Waste Management and Public Cleaning,” he said.
