He said this during the launch of the Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) Selangorku Dream Homes in Section 5, Kota Puteri, today.

He said that PKNS should look at the economic environment and the ability of the people for every residential development.

“This need should be refined to ensure that the low and middle income earners can afford owning a home,” he said.

Also present was the Exco for Housing, Building Management and Urban Living, Datuk Iskandar Samad, and the General Manager of PKND, Azlan Md. Alifiah.

The construction project of 198 units is the first RMM project owned by PKNS that is developed using the ‘townhouse’ concept.

It will be sold at prices ranging from RM180,000 to RM220,000 per unit, depending on the area of the site.

Each unit comes with a modern design with a floor area ranging from 940 to 1,040 square feet, and equipped with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Interestingly, two special units are developed for people with disabilities (PWDs).
