SHAH ALAM: Students who are interested are encouraged to undertake practical training at the Chief Minister’s office to gain experience in the field of administration.

Welcoming the applications, the Chief Minister, Mohamed Azmin Ali, said that a new position has been established to provide experience to students during the semester break.

“We already have a practical training programme. This new system has been created for students who want to work during their semester break.

“This is good time and opportunity for students to give their views and help formulate policies and assist the Selangor government,” he said during the closing of the Selangor Young Assemblymen’s Programme on December 16.

He said that the state government also welcomes the views of students to help elected representatives in appropriate issues to be debated during the Assembly session.

“Before the Assembly session, we need feedback from students to help Assemblymen on questions and issues that are to be brought up,” he said.

“It is to ensure that there is interaction between students and leaders at the state level and also the federal level,” he said.
