Azmin’s treatment, flood victim sheds tears

SHAH ALAM, 13 Jan: A flood victim in Kelantan shed tears of joy because of the treatment by the Chief Minister of Selangor, Mohamed Azmin Ali, who was willing to wash her family’s dirty clothes following the flood disaster in the state that happened last December.

Mohamed Azmin’s visit was not expected and he spontaneously gave a hand to help the woman.

It described how Mohamed Azmin was no stranger to rural living and the work seemed normal to him.

Mohamed Azmin and his delegation conducted the second phase of visitations in Kelantan and Pahang to help the flood victims on January 10 and 11.

Mohamed Azmin also participated in cleaning up the area and repairing the damaged homes due to the disaster that occurred, in addition to handing over monetary aid and essential goods to the victims.

He also ordered all 12 local authorities in Selangor to help and adopt districts in Kelantan.

“For the Selangor government, we ordered all 12 local authorities to take up an adopted district in Kelantan, where there are nine districts.

“All local authorities have gone a week earlier with machinery and other assistance,” he said.

Recently, there were unscrupulous parties who belittled Mohamed Azmin’s efforts and claimed that the assistance provided was politically motivated and the woman was ordered to laugh and cry before the image was taken.

The public can judge for themselves by watching the video footage of the assistance given by Mohamed Azmin in the Selangor Kini video portal.
