Nik Aziz suggests for Abdul Khalid to take legal action

SHAH ALAM, 9 Sept: The PAS Mursyidul Am, Datuk Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat, stated his support and advised Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim to take legal action for being sacked from PKR as he still holds the office as the Chief Minister of Selangor.

This advice was given because the dismissal from his former party was deemed as a humiliating act.

“If I was the Chief Minister of Selangor, I (will) take this case to court for humiliating me.

“Why sack me (because) the question of sacking is not a playing matter, it’s embarrassing,” he said, quoted from SuaraTV.

He was met at Pulau Melaka and also expressed regret over the actions of the party, which is seen as leaving PAS behind in making the decision.

“They did not notify us on the decision they (PKR) made (previously), as mentioned by Tok Guru Abdul Hadi.

“I am worried,” he added.

Prior to this, the PAS President, Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang, reprimanded PKR for making the decision without first discussing with PAS when they wanted to carry out the ‘Kajang Move’ at a dialogue session with PAS leaders and members in Terengganu.

“There was no meeting (discussion), be aware that we (PAS) were informed and we did not agree.

“That is not the way. The people just went through the (general) election, then the election (Kajang State Legislative Assembly By-Election) was to be held. This is not right,” Hadi said through a video footage which was shared on Youtube.

On August 9, the party dismissed Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim for refusing to comply with the party’s decision to give way to Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail to replace him as the Chief Minister of Selangor.
