What is the case”: Bus stop roof leaking but not replaced

SHAH ALAM, 1 Dec: The leaking roof of a bus stop near the Block 31 PKNS Flat in Section 7 for over two months has caused discomfort to users of public transport.

A student at the University of Selangor (Unisel), Farid Wahid, informed that he and other bus users were exposed to rain water as a result of the leaking roof.

“This issue has affected people, like me, who are waiting for the bus to carry out daily activities.

“It makes it difficult for them to wait for the bus due to the leaking roof, and they are exposed to rain.

“We hope that the authorities take appropriate action,” he said via email.

He also shared a few photos that show the leak at the bus stop in the area.

In addition, there are illegal advertising stickers plastered on the poles and roof of the bus, worsening the situation.

Selangor Kini has informed this problem to the Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) for further details, but has yet to receive any feedback.
