SHAH ALAM, 2 Oct: Those who wish to own their own homes at an affordable price are urged to participate in the Bumiputera Housing and Property Carnival 2015 (Hartabumi’15).
The carnival will involve property developers with various development projects and will take place at the Shah Alam Convention Centre (SACC) on October 10 and 11.
According to the Homefinder Malaysia website, highlighted at the event is the Selangorku Homes at affordable prices starting at RM42,000 per unit.
“The local real estate sector, especially in Selangor, is expected to experience tremendous growth with the participation of property developers and respective development projects all under one roof.
“It is also able to meet the tastes and appetite of home buyers or real estate investors with various options available during the carnival,” he said.
At the same time, he said that visitors can obtain knowledge on local property and information about owning homes or property investment.
The opening ceremony will be carried out by the Exco for Housing, Building Management and Urban Living, Datuk Iskandar Abdul Samad.
