HULU KLANG, JUL 9: The Selangor State Government Open House provided the opportunity to 25 Selangor Hijrah participants to generate additional income.
Hijrah Selangor Professional Services Executive Abdul Aziz Dahalan said this came about because the participants were given the chance to serve their dishes.
“This is in fact a part of the Hijrah Selangor programme, which provides direct opportunities to the participants to obtain suitable Government contracts,” he said to SelangorKini.
He was speaking at the event held at Padang MPAJ AU2, Taman Sri Keramat.
He added that the small business owners had the chance to promote their products to the many guests.
SelangorKini found many delicious dishes at the open house, including ayam golek, nasi beryani, nasi minyak, nasi hujan panas, murtabak, cendol and various types of porridges; just to name a few.
