SHAH ALAM, 7 Aug: The Chief Minister, Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim, will submit the reply to the show cause notice to PKR before 10am tomorrow in relation to the issues raised by the PKR Disciplinary Board today.
It relates to the restructuring of the water industry, the new Chief Minister’s allowance, the increase in business licence tax, the Bank Islam loan and the KIDEX highway.
Abdul Khalid said that he will write the letter tonight after this event.
“I will answer their letter tonight after this programme. I will tell the press the answer tomorrow.
“So, at the moment I am not answering anything because I give the answer (to the press), they would know the answer first.
“So, I will tell (the press) tomorrow,” Abdul Khalid told reporters at the Save Gaza and Selangor the Land of Luck Prayers at the official residence of the Chief Minister of Selangor today.
Abdul Khalid said that he was unsure whether he will face the PKR Disciplinary Board or not tomorrow afternoon.
He explained that among the matters he will touch on in his answer includes the ‘Kajang Move’ issue.
The ‘Kajang Move’ issue is one of the issued touched by PKR in the latest show cause letter today.
“I mentioned the Kajang Move in the letter because Datuk Dr Tan (Kee Kwong) mentioned it in the letter, and out of discipline, I have to abide,” he said.
On August 3, PKR gave a show cause letter for disobeying party orders to replace the Chief Minister of Selangor.
Yesterday, Abdul Khalid replied the letter claiming that the show cause letter was defective.
Today, PKR replied by sending another letter calling Abdul Khalid to attending a hearing with the PKR Disciplinary Board.
