“Kalau tiada angin, masakan pokok bergoyang (quoting a Malay proverb). No smoke without fire,” he wrote on Twitter.

In his posting, Azmin had also attached the fake post naming the Federal Territory Minister, Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor as the said individual.

Prior to this, in his Twitter, Mohamed Azmin had asked if there is any possibility that Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s cabinet ministers might resign for refusing to conspire with the government owned company, 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB).

Mohamed Azmin’s question received immediate reaction from Najib and several Ministers.

Before this, resignation of ministers in Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s cabinet has been reported by media, following the havoc from financial scandal in the company.

Among those who had resigned earlier were Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal and Datuk Seri Ahmad Husni Hanadzlah.

Last September, Ahmad Husni who at that time was the Second Finance Minister, said he was under pressure from the 1MDB crisis.

He said, his blood pressure increased sharply for five hours early last April due to stress.
