PAS President recovering, received a visit from Yussof Nada

SHAH ALAM, 5 June: Since being transferred to the normal ward yesterday, the PAS President, Datuk Seri Tuan Guru Abdul Hadi Awang, has continuously received visits from various people.

Yesterday, he also received a visit from Sheikh Yussof Nada, a leader of Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood during the leadership of Imam Hassan al-Banna.

Harakah Daily reported that Abdul Hadi was also visited by the former Turkish Minister of Energy, Recei Kutan, and personally contacted by the Prime Minister of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

The Kelantan Chief Minister, Datuk Ahmad Yakob, also visited him.

Abdul Hadi was admitted to the Medipol Universite Hastanesi Hospital ICU ward in Istambul last Friday after complaining of shortness of breath.

He was however transferred to the normal ward yesterday after recovering.

His political secretary, Dr Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar, who was also with Tuan Guru Abdul Hadi, said that since being admitted to the hospital, the doctors have performed thorough examinations.

“Tuan Guru’s (Abdul Hadi) health shows excellent development, where doctors have also conducted thorough examination to ensure that his health is fully recovered,” he said through Abdul Hadi’s Facebook.
