Despite the lack of cooperation from the warehouse, MBSA, with cooperation from artists, managed to transform the back alley from an abandoned alley infested with rats and smelly drains into an interesting area that attracted the people’s attention.

After the back alley was transformed, the textile warehouse involved was said to take advantage by building a staircase to be used as another entrance to their premises.

This caused uneasiness to the visitors because the move was said to have damaged several works of art placed in the alley.
