KUALA LUMPUR, 2 Apr: Criticism issued by the former Prime Minister, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, on Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak’s administration inside and outside the country needs to be answered.
The Gua Musang Member of Parliament, Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah, said that Mahathir wants to know the truth behind some of the issues surrounding Najib such as the murder of the Mongolian woman, Altantuya Shaaribu, 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) and the purchase of private jets.
“It is time that the real answer is given. The truth will be revealed. I am sure he (Mahathir) must have his own reasons for coming forward to question these matters.
“Mahathir is a former leader who is experienced in terms of party and state administration,” he explained at the Parliament lobby.
Today, Mahathir, on his personal blog chedet.com, said that the society forcast now is that UMNO and BN will lose in the GE14 because a lot of allegations against Najib have not yet been answered by him.
